The Conference ‘Opening Research Assessment’ will present the results of the GraspOS project and engage in discussions on transforming research assessment into a system that is open, responsible and aligned with the principles of Open Science.
We invite submissions for poster presentations, welcoming contributions that engage with the conference’s central themes and topics. Authors should submit their proposals in the form of extended abstracts by July 5th 2025 (AoE).
Submissions will undergo an open and transparent peer review process and will be assessed based on the following criteria:
- Relevance to Conference Themes and Topics: contributions should align clearly with the overarching themes and specific areas of focus of the conference, engaging the intended audience meaningfully.
- Significance: submissions should address important questions or problems in their field or area of application. We welcome work with the potential to shape future research, practice, or policy.
- Novelty and Originality: we particularly encourage submissions that introduce new ideas, methods, or perspectives. Priority will be given to contributions that offer original insights, challenge established thinking, or present innovative solutions.
- Clarity and Quality of Presentation: abstracts and posters should be logically organised, clearly written, and effectively communicated supporting understanding by a broad professional and academic audience.
Please submit your contribution using this form. Extended abstracts guidelines are available on the GraspOS Final Conference website.
