Pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679, we inform you that the processing of personal data on the website pertains exclusively to personal data acquired in relation to the achievement of the Institute’s institutional purposes, or in any case connected to the exercise of public interest tasks and the exercise of public powers to which it is called, including the purposes of transparency, communication, scientific research and dissemination as well as analysis for statistical, teaching and administrative purposes, pursuant to art. 6, paragraph 1, lett. e) and, in particular, in order to provide and improve the web services offered.

Methods of Processing and Data Storage

The personal data provided and collected for presentation on the site (https://www.ilc.cnr.it) will be processed by CNR-ILC personnel, according to current regulations, basing their processing on principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency. The data will be kept for the time necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are collected and processed, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to art. 5 GDPR 2016/679.
