DiPText-KC certified until 2028

The certification of the CLARIN Knowledge Centre for Digital and Public Textual Scholarship (DiPText-KC) has been extended until 2028. DiPText-KC offers expertise on methods, data, instruments and technologies relevant in the field of Philological and Literary Studies, History, Art History and Cultural Heritage.

The Centre has been established under the aegis of CLARIN-IT, the Italian node of CLARIN (Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure), of which Cnr-Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale “Antonio Zampolli” (CNR-ILC) is executing institution. It aims to share information with scholars and students about the state of the art in digital scholarly editing and text annotation through domain-specific languages, to support scholars and students in the creation and publication of digital scholarly editions and resources, and to organise training activities.

DiPText-KC offers a Help Desk about computational methods and digital resources relevant for philologists and digital humanists as a joint service between Cnr-Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale “Antonio Zampolli” (CNR-ILC), Venice Centre for Digital and Public Humanities (VeDPH) and CLARIN-IT.
