Separable verbal word forms have a verbal and a non-verbal part and may occur at different places in the sentence. So another solution (in terms of corpus linguistics) would be to tag the verbal part as a separable verb form and the prepositional part as the non-verbal part of a separable verb, this last feature becoming a value of Adposition.
