It comprises all scientific disciplines and aspects of scholarly practices, including basic and applied sciences, natural and social sciences and the humanities, and it builds on the following key pillars: open scientific knowledge, open science infrastructures, science communication, open engagement of societal actors and open dialogue with other knowledge systems.\u201d <\/p>\n<cite><a href=\"https:\/\/unesdoc.unesco.org\/ark:\/48223\/pf0000379949.locale=en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Unesco recommendation on Open Science<\/strong><\/a>, 2021<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:40px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>CLARIN-IT and FAIR and open data<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Through participation in the activities of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarin.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Common Language Resources and Technology Infrastructure (CLARIN)<\/strong><\/a> with the Italian node <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarin-it.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CLARIN-IT<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>Cnr-Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale &#8220;Antonio Zampolli&#8221;<\/strong> contributes to the dissemination and support of the Open Science paradigm in the field of Humanities and Social Sciences (SSH). <strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong>, in particular, maintains the <a href=\"https:\/\/ilc4clarin.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ILC4CLARIN<\/strong><\/a> disciplinary repository, which allows Italian researchers to preserve, enhance and share their language and textual data, in accordance with the dictates of Open Science and FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A European Open Science Cloud in the SSH sector<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>As the executing institution of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.clarin-it.it\/it\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CLARIN-IT<\/strong><\/a>, <strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong> participated in the <a href=\"https:\/\/sshopencloud.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SSHOC<\/strong><\/a> project, the SSH cluster of the <a href=\"https:\/\/eosc-portal.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>European Open Science Cloud<\/strong><\/a>. The main outcome of the project is the <a href=\"https:\/\/marketplace.sshopencloud.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>SSH Open Marketplace<\/strong><\/a>, a support for Humanities and Social Sciences (SSH) researchers in the management of the life cycle of research data that offers tools, data services and materials to support training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>H2IOSC, towards a national disciplinary cloud<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong>, together with other <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnr.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>CNR<\/strong><\/a> institutes, with the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/infrastructures\/#H2IOSC\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H2IOSC<\/a><\/strong> project will help create a national cloud for Open Science, dedicated to the field of Humanities and Cultural Heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A discovery platform for SSH<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong>  participates in the Horizon 2020 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/project.gotriple.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">TRIPLE<\/a><\/strong> project, which has as its main objective the development of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gotriple.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>GoTriple platform<\/strong><\/a>, a multilingual and multicultural solution for SSH that offers an access point to explore, find, access, and reuse research resources on a European scale. This platform is intended to become one of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.operas-eu.org\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">OPERAS<\/a><\/strong>&#8216; dedicated services and an SSH service of the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/research-and-innovation\/strategy\/strategy-2020-2024\/our-digital-future\/open-science\/european-open-science-cloud-eosc_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">EOSC<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Open Science and Research Assessment Reform<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong> participates in national (CNR Open Science Working Group) and international (<a href=\"https:\/\/eosc.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>EOSC Association<\/strong><\/a>, Core group involved in the definition of the Agreement on Reforming Research Assessment, G7 Open Science Working Group Sub-group on Research assessment and incentives) working groups and task forces engaged in a reform of the research evaluation system aimed at including Open Science practices among the research activities to be enhanced and encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:13px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Training and collaborations<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>CNR-ILC<\/strong> carries out advanced <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/training\/\">training<\/a> <\/strong>activities for research staff inside and outside the Institute, also in collaboration with the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.icdi.it\/en\/activities\/competence-centre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>ICDI Competence Centre (CC-ICDI)<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cOpen science is defined as an inclusive construct that combines various movements and practices aiming to make multilingual scientific knowledge&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":3,"featured_media":10129,"parent":0,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"acf":[],"jetpack_sharing_enabled":true,"publishpress_future_action":{"enabled":false,"date":"2026-05-31 01:37:45","action":"change-status","newStatus":"draft","terms":[],"taxonomy":"translation_priority"},"publishpress_future_workflow_manual_trigger":{"enabledWorkflows":[]},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/9991"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/page"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/3"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/comments?post=9991"}],"version-history":[{"count":31,"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/9991\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":14870,"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/pages\/9991\/revisions\/14870"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/10129"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/www.ilc.cnr.it\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=9991"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
