CLARIN-IT at the CLARIN Annual Conference 2026

Cnr-Istituto di Linguistica Computazionale “Antonio Zampolli” (CNR-ILC), which coordinates CLARIN-IT, is participating together with colleagues from the Italian consortium at the CLARIN Annual Conference 2026 (Brighton, UK, from 29 September to 1 October 2026) , contributing to the scientific programme and to the wider discussion on the future of language resources and research infrastructures.

The 15th CLARIN Annual Conference provides an important opportunity and a valuable occasion to share the work carried out within CLARIN-IT, strengthen collaborations across the European CLARIN ERIC network, contribute to shaping the next generation of services and resources for research in the Humanities and Social Sciences and exchange experiences on topics at the heart of CLARIN-IT’s activities: FAIR and sustainable language resources, digital services, AI and language technologies, training, and the connection between research infrastructures and their communities of use.

The programme is complemented by workshops and community meetings, including the “LLMs in CLARIN” workshop, dedicated to exploring the emerging role of Large Language Models within the CLARIN infrastructure.
