-) for a hyphen, as in hyphen-ated.--) for a range, as in A-Z.---) for punctuation -- like this.
Unfortunately, the punctuation dash will not be seen in HTML due to deficiences
in HTML conversion possibilities, however, please nevertheless use
the LaTeX conventions for dashes.
