Confusion with other pos-values

Confusions can be made between indefinite pronouns and adverbs of quantity. An adverb of quantity modifies the indefinite determiner ``de'' ( - adverb of quantity + de is a determinative group, with the determiner as the head and the adverb as the modifier - ), whereas the indefinite pronoun occupies the position of the NP.

Distinction between indefinite pronoun and adverb of quantity:

Indefinite pronouns can also be the head of a PP. Don't make confusion between a pronoun as a head of a PP, and an adverb of quantity as modifier of a determinative group.

Confusions can be made between the indefinite article and the indefinite pronoun un, between indefinite pronouns and indefinite adjectives, between indefinite pronouns and indefinite determiners and between indefinite pronouns and adverbs.

Distinction between indefinite article and indefinite pronoun:
