The feature Person applies only to finite forms. It
doesn't apply to forms which have the values inf, ger and
part.
The values first, second, third apply to all tenses, except
the imperative to which the second only applies.
Note that some impersonal verbs (i.e. those referring to `weather' situations, piove, nevica) does not inflect for all persons in their paradigm, but only have the third singular person.
